Free Tier: Limited page crawl, basic scoring, no PDF report
One-Time Audit ($99): Full site crawl, AI recommendations, professional PDF report
Monthly Subscription ($49/mo): Automated monthly recrawls, PDF reports, ongoing monitoring

3. Account Registration and Authentication

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
You must provide a valid email address
You must have authority to bind any business you represent

3.2 Authentication Methods

Magic Links: Passwordless email-based authentication
OAuth: Google and Microsoft social login (when enabled)

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining confidentiality of your account access
All activities conducted under your account
Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our algorithms

Use the Service to harm, harass, or compete with ShowToAI
Circumvent rate limits or security measures
Resell, redistribute, or white-label our reports without written permission
Submit malicious URLs, malware, or exploit attempts
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices are in USD
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Existing subscriptions maintain original pricing until renewal

5.2 One-Time Purchases

One-time audit ($99) is charged immediately upon purchase
Payment processed securely via Stripe

5.3 Subscriptions

Billed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date
Auto-renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations (see Refund Policy)

5.4 Payment Failures

Stripe will retry failed payments automatically
Access suspended after 3 consecutive payment failures
Account may be terminated after 30 days of non-payment

7. Service Availability and Limitations

7.1 Service Uptime

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
Scheduled maintenance announced 48 hours in advance (when possible)
Emergency maintenance may occur without notice

7.2 Crawling Limitations

Free audits: Up to 10 pages crawled
Paid audits: Up to 200 pages crawled (subscription tier)
Crawler respects robots.txt and rate limits
Some sites may block or restrict our crawler

7.3 AI Analysis Limitations

Recommendations generated by OpenAI GPT-4 are suggestions, not guarantees
AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete recommendations
Industry detection is best-effort; manual override available

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our IP

ShowToAI name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
Audit algorithms, scoring methodology, and report templates are proprietary
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your website content
You grant us a limited license to crawl, analyze, and generate reports from your public website data
We may use anonymized aggregate data for product improvement and marketing

8.3 Report Ownership

PDF reports generated for you are your property
You may share reports internally within your organization
Commercial redistribution requires written permission

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

Fitness for a particular purpose
Merchantability
Non-infringement
Accuracy of AI recommendations
Compatibility with all websites or CMS platforms

10.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that:

Implementing our recommendations will improve your AI visibility or SEO
Our audit will identify all structured data issues
Third-party AI systems (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) will index or reference your site

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Maximum Liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim
No Consequential Damages: We are not liable for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
No Liability for AI Outputs: We are not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated recommendations
Third-Party Services: We are not liable for failures of Stripe, OpenAI, Resend, or other third-party services

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShowToAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of third-party rights (e.g., auditing a site without permission)
Your misuse of the Service
Your breach of applicable laws

13. Termination

13.1 By You

Cancel subscriptions anytime via Stripe billing portal
Request account deletion by emailing hello@showtoai.com
Data deleted within 90 days of account closure

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Fail to pay for services
Abuse the Service (e.g., excessive crawling)

13.3 Effect of Termination

Access to the Service immediately revoked
Outstanding invoices remain due
No refunds for terminated accounts (except as required by law)

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time
Material changes announced via email 30 days before taking effect
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
If you disagree, you must stop using the Service

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution

15.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA
Disputes resolved in Delaware courts
You waive any objections to jurisdiction or venue

16.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

16.3 No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right in the future.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign to a successor or affiliate.

16.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, third-party API failures).
